Three hundred and sixty-five days ago, I sat down at my computer and decided to write a blog. I had no intention of writing it for a full year but after a short time it became a day habit and here we are - a full year of my daily ramblings.
I appreciate so much, my daily readers who occasionally send a message or comment. I especially appreciate that you've stuck with me through days of deep thoughts a d ordinary, mundane life.
A lot has happened in a year. The Offspring have really grown! The Girl will turn 12 in a month and starts middle school next year. The Husband's band continues to thrive and do well. He leaves for a quick tour in Mexico. He also seems very content and at peace with his music career.
As for me, I feel really grateful and blessed. My Offspring are healthy, curious and generally well-behaved. I absolutely adore the Husband and we always have such s great time together.
I've really reached a place where I am content with who I am. I've embraced having a growth mindset and have learned to accept my imperfections. I love spending time learning and growing as an educator. I embraced saying "yes" to opportunities and I feel that it has given me so much. Not only am I close to earning my Master's degree but I've met so many people both in real life and through digital educator's communities. And it is something that is on-going as I continue forward open to embrace whatever comes our way. Life is pretty good and I am excited to see what happens next. Stay tuned.
Keep moving forward,
